Unify AI Corp (“UAC”) is an AI research and development company founded in 2021 and based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. PaperItUp is a d/b/a of UAC.
Our early investors include members of YPO’s Oregon chapter. Like many YPO members, they have built a business from scratch into a successful enterprise; inherited a sizable business or planned a generational transfer of wealth, and felt the stress of growing it while keeping family relationships constructive; or served as private-equity-backed executives through significant equity and exit events.
We understand the challenges and opportunities of owning and building businesses of $50 million to $100 million and more, the range of advisory services available and their limits, and the reality of weighing good advice on complex legal, financial and tax issues while managing family and close relationships.
Since our founding, UAC’s charter has been to develop proprietary AI solutions for hard problems we have faced ourselves and learned to overcome. That won’t change.
A note on our name: Unify AI Corp is a Delaware corporation formed in 2021. We are not affiliated with other companies that use similar “Unify AI” names.
