We help families and private sellers set up a loan the right way, keep payments on track with reminders and a shared record, and send both sides matching year-end interest statements for their tax preparers.
No. Borrowers pay lenders directly. We never receive, hold, or transmit loan money. We track payments you report, send reminders, and keep the records.
Email help@paperitup.com from the address on your account. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Setup fees are fully refundable if we can’t take your loan, or within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No. We organize, calculate, and document. Your attorney prepares and records the loan documents, and your tax preparer files the returns. We make their jobs easier.
We only collect taxpayer IDs when you ask for year-end statements, because the IRS requires lenders and borrowers to report each other’s information. They are encrypted, access is limited, and we never use them for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
We work with families and private sellers across the United States. Rules vary by state, and we may decline certain transactions, such as wraparound loans, that could require licensing. See our state notices.
